Extended Holding Time: Utilizes state-of-the-art high-vacuum multi-layer super insulation technology. This drastically minimizes heat ingress and guarantees an exceptionally low daily evaporation rate, making it ideal for long-distance transoceanic shipping and extended storage.
Standardized Intermodal Frame: The inner and outer vessels are securely mounted within a rugged, heavy-duty carbon steel ISO framework. Designed to withstand extreme dynamic loads, the frame is fully compliant with CSC (Container Safety Convention) standards for easy lifting, stacking, and securing on container ships, trains, and trailer chassis.
Ergonomic & Secure Valve Cabinet: All operating valves, safety relief devices, liquid level gauges, and pressure indicators are integrated into a centralized, lockable rear cabinet. This protects critical components from harsh marine environments and unauthorized access while providing operators with a clear, safe working interface.
Built-in Pressure Build-Up System: Equipped with an integrated aluminum star-fin pressure-building vaporizer, allowing for fast, self-pressurized offloading at the destination without the need for external cryogenic pumps.
Global Regulatory Compliance: MINGXIN tank containers are rigorously tested and certified by top international classification societies (such as CCS, BV, LR, or DNV) to meet IMDG, ADR/RID, TPED, ASME, and UN Portable Tank regulations.
