MINGXIN’s Cryogenic Regasification & Filling Station is a comprehensive, turnkey engineering solution designed to efficiently store, pressurize, vaporize, and dispense cryogenic liquids—including Liquid Oxygen (LOX), Liquid Nitrogen (LIN), Liquid Argon (LAr), and Liquid Carbon Dioxide (LCO₂)—into high-pressure gas cylinders or pipeline networks. Core System Modules

A complete MINGXIN Filling Station is a highly integrated ecosystem comprising four primary subsystems:

  1. Cryogenic Bulk Storage: High-vacuum multi-layer or powder-insulated tanks (typically 5m³ to 100m³) that store the cryogenic liquid safely with near-zero daily evaporation.

  2. High-Pressure Pumping Skid: Heavy-duty cryogenic reciprocating (piston) pumps that extract the liquid and boost its pressure up to 35 MPa (350 Bar) with minimal pulsation.

  3. High-Pressure Vaporization Skid: Ambient air vaporizers (or water-bath vaporizers for cold climates) that utilize natural heat exchange to convert the high-pressure cryogenic liquid into room-temperature gas with zero electrical cost.

  4. Cylinder Filling Manifolds (Ramps): Ergonomic, dual-sided gas filling ramps equipped with master valves, pressure gauges, and safety relief devices, allowing operators to seamlessly fill multiple cylinders simultaneously.
