MINGXIN’s LNG Gasification Station (also known as an LNG Satellite Station or Regasification Plant) is a comprehensive, highly integrated clean energy solution designed to receive, store, vaporize, and regulate the pressure of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG). Serving as an independent, off-grid natural gas source or a municipal peak-shaving facility, our stations convert -162°C LNG back into pipeline-ready gaseous natural gas (NG). It is the ultimate turnkey infrastructure for delivering continuous, safe, and cost-effective clean energy to industrial parks, residential communities, and power plants.

Core System Modules

A complete MINGXIN LNG Gasification Station is engineered with a modular, skid-mounted approach, consisting of the following key subsystems:

  1. LNG Unloading Skid: Utilizes pressure build-up vaporizers or cryogenic transfer pumps to safely and rapidly unload LNG from transport semi-trailers into the storage tanks.

  2. Cryogenic Storage System: Employs high-vacuum multi-layer or powder-insulated stationary LNG tanks to safely store bulk liquid with near-zero daily evaporation.

  3. Main Vaporization Skid: Heavy-duty, star-finned Ambient Air Vaporizers (AAV) that use natural atmospheric heat to convert LNG into gas continuously, requiring zero electrical power.

  4. BOG & EAG Management: Dedicated Boil-Off Gas (BOG) and Emergency Air Gas (EAG) vaporizers to recover tank pressure build-up and safely manage emergency venting.

  5. Water-Bath Heater (Optional): Used in colder climates to provide supplemental heating to the natural gas, ensuring the pipeline delivery temperature remains safely above 5°C.

  6. Pressure Regulating & Metering Skid (PRMS): Precisely reduces the high-pressure gas down to the required pipeline pressure and accurately meters the flow for billing purposes.

  7. Odorization System: Safely injects THT (Tetrahydrothiophene) odorant into the odorless natural gas to meet safety detection standards before it enters the city or factory grid.
