MINGXIN’s LNG Plants (Natural Gas Liquefaction Plants) are state-of-the-art, skid-mounted facilities engineered to convert raw natural gas, flare gas, or biogas into high-purity Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) at -162°C. Core System Modules

A complete MINGXIN LNG Plant is a highly integrated system consisting of several precisely engineered skids:

  1. Raw Gas Pre-Treatment Skid: Crucial for protecting downstream cryogenic equipment. This module removes acid gases (CO₂ and H₂S) via amine washing, extracts moisture using molecular sieve dehydration, and filters out heavy hydrocarbons and mercury.

  2. Liquefaction Cold Box: The cryogenic heart of the plant. It houses advanced, highly efficient brazed aluminum plate-fin heat exchangers inside a heavily insulated cold box, where the purified gas is cooled to -162°C and converted into liquid.

  3. Refrigerant Compressor System: The prime mover of the cooling process. We utilize advanced Mixed Refrigerant Cycle (MRC) or Nitrogen Expansion technology, driven by heavy-duty compressors (electric or gas-engine driven), to achieve maximum thermodynamic efficiency.

  4. LNG Storage & Loading System: The produced LNG is routed into MINGXIN’s high-vacuum insulated cryogenic storage tanks and transferred to LNG semi-trailers or ISO containers via a dedicated cryogenic pump loading skid.

  5. Smart DCS Control Room: A centralized Distributed Control System (DCS) or PLC network that monitors real-time temperatures, pressures, and flow rates, enabling fully automated, unmanned, or minimally staffed operation.
