The Standard Process Flow

  1. Compression: Raw, CO₂-rich waste gas is collected and safely pressurized using our high-efficiency screw compressors.

  2. Purification: The pressurized gas undergoes rigorous desulfurization and dehydration to strip away moisture, H₂S, and other harmful impurities.

  3. Rectification (Distillation): A fractional distillation column precisely separates the CO₂ from any remaining trace gases, ensuring ≥99.9% purity.

  4. Liquefaction: The purified CO₂ gas enters a condensing evaporator where our advanced refrigeration system converts it into a liquid state.

  5. Storage: The final liquid CO₂ is safely routed to MINGXIN vacuum-insulated cryogenic storage tanks at a stable -20°C to -25°C and 2.0 MPa.
