MINGXIN’s High-Pressure Pump & Vaporizer Skid is a highly integrated, space-saving gasification system engineered to efficiently pressurize and convert cryogenic liquids—including Liquid Oxygen (LOX), Liquid Nitrogen (LIN), Liquid Argon (LAr), Liquid Carbon Dioxide (LCO₂), and LNG—into high-pressure gas. By combining heavy-duty cryogenic reciprocating pumps, high-efficiency vaporizers, and smart control systems onto a single, compact steel base, this skid acts as the reliable powerhouse for high-pressure pipeline networks and industrial cylinder filling stations.
Key Features & Design Highlights
"Plug & Play" Modular Design: The pump, vaporizer, surge arrestors, piping, and automated valves are entirely pre-assembled and pre-tested at the MINGXIN factory. This skid-mounted architecture reduces on-site civil construction, minimizes installation time, and allows for rapid deployment.
Continuous High-Pressure Output: Driven by premium cryogenic piston pumps, the system smoothly boosts liquid pressure up to 35 MPa (350 Bar), delivering a continuous, pulsation-free supply of high-pressure gas tailored for cylinder charging or demanding industrial processes.
Intelligent Automation (PLC): Equipped with a sophisticated PLC control cabinet. The system provides one-touch startup, automatic pressure regulation, and real-time monitoring of liquid levels, temperatures, and discharge pressures.
Uncompromising Safety Interlocks: Built with a multi-layered safety network, including automatic pump shut-off for low inlet temperature or high discharge pressure, dual safety relief valves, and an Emergency Shutdown (ESD) system to fully protect operators and equipment.
Energy-Efficient Vaporization: Integrates seamlessly with MINGXIN’s star-finned ambient air vaporizers (utilizing zero electricity) or water-bath vaporizers for continuous operation in ultra-cold climates.
