MINGXIN’s Water Bath Vaporizers are high-efficiency, forced-heating heat exchangers designed to provide continuous, stable, and large-scale gasification of cryogenic liquids, including Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG), Liquid Oxygen (LOX), Liquid Nitrogen (LIN), Liquid Argon (LAr), and Liquid Carbon Dioxide (LCO₂). Unlike ambient air vaporizers that rely on environmental conditions, our water bath vaporizers use a heated water medium (powered by electricity, steam, or an external boiler) to guarantee a consistent gas outlet temperature, making them the ultimate solution for cold climates, high-flow demands, and space-constrained facilities.
Heating Methods Available
To perfectly match your site's available energy resources, MINGXIN offers three distinct heating configurations:
Electric Heated Water Bath Vaporizers: Utilizes highly efficient, explosion-proof electrical tubular heaters immersed in the water bath. Ideal for facilities without an existing steam or hot water supply.
Steam Heated Water Bath Vaporizers: Injects industrial steam directly into the water bath (or via a heat exchanger coil) to rapidly heat the water. Highly cost-effective for chemical plants or power stations with abundant waste steam.
Circulating Hot Water Vaporizers: Connects to an external hot water boiler or waste-heat recovery system, providing a highly economical gasification process.

Highly Compact Footprint: Due to the extremely high heat transfer coefficient of the heated water bath, these vaporizers require significantly less installation space compared to massive ambient air vaporizer arrays.
Premium Heat Exchange Coils: The cryogenic fluid flows through a robust, seamlessly welded tube bundle made of premium S30408 / 316L stainless steel, ensuring zero embrittlement at -196°C and maximum resistance to high pressures.
Intelligent Safety Interlocks: Equipped with a fully automated control panel featuring dual temperature sensors, low-water-level alarms, over-temperature automatic shut-offs, and emergency safety relief valves to ensure 100% operational security.
Explosion-Proof Compliance: Specially engineered for LNG and other flammable gases, all electrical components, heaters, and junction boxes strictly comply with ATEX / Exd IIB T4 explosion-proof standards.
