MINGXIN’s Cryogenic Submerged Pump is a high-performance, vertical centrifugal pump engineered for the ultra-safe and highly efficient transfer of cryogenic liquids, including Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG), Liquid Nitrogen (LN₂), and Liquid Argon (LAr). By fully immersing the pump and motor assembly within a vacuum-insulated pump pool (sump), this advanced design eliminates dynamic seals, ensuring absolute zero leakage. It is the premier pumping solution for LNG refueling stations, marine terminals, and continuous industrial gas handling systems where safety and rapid startup are critical.

  • Zero-Leakage & High Safety: Because the entire motor and pump unit operates completely submerged in the cryogenic liquid, there are no rotating seals exposed to the atmosphere. This completely eliminates the risk of gas leakage, vaporization loss, and environmental hazards—crucial for handling flammable LNG.

  • Rapid Startup & Zero Cool-Down: Being constantly immersed in the cryogenic medium, the pump remains pre-cooled at all times. This allows for instant, on-demand startup without the lengthy cool-down procedures required by external pumps.

  • Exceptional Cavitation Resistance: Engineered with an advanced inducer wheel at the suction inlet. This significantly lowers the Net Positive Suction Head (NPSH) requirement, allowing the pump to smoothly empty storage tanks to extremely low liquid levels without cavitation or vapor lock.

  • High-Efficiency Variable Frequency Drive (VFD): Fully compatible with VFD control, allowing operators to seamlessly adjust the motor speed (up to 6,000 RPM) and precisely regulate flow rates (6 to 24 m³/h) to match varying operational demands.

  • Extended Service Life: Equipped with premium, imported cryogenic bearings lubricated directly by the pumped liquid. These heavy-duty bearings are rated for a service life of ≥16,000 hours, drastically reducing maintenance frequency.
